Wild Waves Theme & Waterpark is Hiring a Sales Account Representative Near Federal Way, WA

Reports to: General Sales Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quotas for attendance and revenue
  • Follow territorial objectives and strategies, managing all account activity in the assigned geographic area
  • Spend 80% of sales time selling and servicing accounts, as well as prospecting for new business 
    • Servicing of accounts includes coordinating the event at the park, both in planning and day of event
  • Service all existing sales accounts and increase revenue base
  • Execute sales and marketing programs within assigned territory
  • Develop partnerships within local chambers of commerce, civic organizations, businesses, associations, etc. to increase park visitation
  • Submit required sales and revenue reports to Group Sales Manager by defined deadlines
  • Oversee the call center team members and day to day operations of the call center
  • All other duties as assigned by Sales and Marketing Director including or General Sales Manager
  • Must be able to work weekends and outside of normal business hours
­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the amusement park/entertainment/hospitality industry preferred
  • 2 – 4 years of sales experience in outside sales and telemarketing
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Must demonstrate an outgoing personality and professional appearance
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows with main attention to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Driver’s License and clean DMV record

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Significant time spent on computer work.
  • Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level is generally moderate to high.
